Seven secrets to the business achievement of Elon Musk:
Elon is totally dominant in his business. Once I watch an interview with him in 2014 in which he said
It’s not as if there is a mound of cash anywhere,” he said. “It’s really just that I have a certain number of votes in Tesla, and SpaceX, and SolarCity, and the marketplace has value on those votes.
Your attitude and your technique of doing business makes a lot of logic to make money.
He said It’s not like that I did it all alone, it wasn’t possible without teamwork,”. He is a successful person who believes and appreciates the hard work of others.
2. Pursue your desires
Elon Musk is a hardworking man who knows how to fulfill his desires. One of his aspirations is to go beyond the earth and settle a new world on Mars for which he founded SpaceX Company and today that company is full of new inventions performing great feats in space science. He always learned to move forward and learn to go to his destination, which is why he emerged as a perfect personality in the eyes of the world today. He is still working on various projects that he wants the world to go for better and easier.
3. Work like Hell
He believes that hard work can get you to your destination successfully and quickly. When he and his brother started PayPal Company, they slept in a small office there. Once he said
Work Like Hell ~Elon Musk~
I mean you work at least 100 hours a week if other people work 40 hours a week if you work 100 hours and other 40 hours a week then if they reach their destination in one year then you will reach that destination in 4 just months.
4. Don’t Just Follow the Trend
As I mentioned above some of his business histories and if you search about it you will know that he started all the work away from the business world trend to make things easier for the people.
- PayPal, there were no such facilities as PayPal before this invention.
- SpaceX is the first private company to direct a spacecraft (Dragon) to the ISS.
- Tesla is the world’s foremost electric car company.
Once he said in his USC beginning speech
Don’t just follow the trend
His work and his success prove that he did what he said.
5. Do with passion what you like
Elon always did his job wholeheartedly, with a sense of urgency, and to make things easier for people. When you do something out of curiosity, it never bothers you and makes you want to do it. And then you happily face all the challenges that come your way in your work and you succeed in that and then the world sees the result.
6. Take Risk
Elon said you should take risks in life, especially when you are young because over time your responsibilities increase.
Once you have a family it gets much harder to do things that might not work out. ~Elon Musk~
We need to know that Elon started companies like SpaceX and Tesla with his family responsibilities, but those responsibilities did not slow down his work, nor did it diminish his commitment. With more risks, comes the latent for far greater rewards.
7. Don’t be afraid of failure
In one of his interviews, he said that when I was starting the Tesla company, I was afraid that I would fail to make it a success, then the interviewer asked a question that why did you think of starting a company? He said that
If something is important enough you should try even if the probable outcome is failure. ~Elon Musk~
Now the Tesla Model S sedan topped Consumer Reports’ annual customer satisfaction ratings two years in a row.
